Offer to provide mobile communication help

We would like to provide mobile communication for relief efforts. I recently saw UN press conference which stated the need for communications is very impoertan.

Anybody know who we could contact to coordinate need. We are thinking of just providing communications for people to contact home. We can remote to any location.
