Volunteer available for Sri Lanka

I am a Sri Lankan-American with experience working with information dissemination technologies for poor urban communities (slum communities) in Gujarat, India and would really like to see how this information could help those countries affected by the tsunami - most especially Sri Lanka as it has been hardest hit.
I would be most willing to volunteer my time - I have training and certification in disaster management from the UK and US.
